Imagined in Flatbush, Brooklyn, this modulated building includes 80 housing units for a neighborhood that is home to many immigrants.
The housing units range in size to create a variety of options for people living with family, roommates, or alone.
Small leasable spaces on the ground floor offer space for residents or neighbors to open grocery markets and restaurants.
The northeast corner of the building along Nostrand contains community resource offices, where residents and locals can find work, educational opportunities, and mental health services.
